What sort of products can be displayed using our wall panel?
These panels together with our range of metal and acrylic accessories can be used to display a wide range of products. Our panels are extremely popular with sporting goods shops, book stores, eyes ware shops, gift shops, DIY shops, clothing and apparel shops. So it is up to your creativity.
Can I order wall panel of any size?

Yes, our panel can be mixed and match to wall of any size. However, our wall panel is sold in two standard sizes ie 2440mmLx1220mmH (8'x4') or 1220mmLx2440mmH (4'x8'). We can cut the panel to the desired size. For size larger than the standard panel, multiple panels will be needed. |
What are the colours available?

Our wall panel can be made to any desired colour. There is a very wide range of laminate to select from. |
How much does one panel costs?
The cost for one piece of panel range from $150 to $300. The actual cost depends on the type of laminate, the spacing between aluminum channels (3", 4", 6" or 8"), the type of aluminum channel use (mil finished or black powder-coated), etc. Our ready-made walls with popular but limited colours are normally the lowest price.
What is the panel made of?

Our wall panel are made of plywood or MDF strip reinforced with aluminum channels. The aluminum channels are with mil finish or black powder-coated. The based is made of plywood. The thickness of the wall panel is about 17.5-18mm and weights about 35kg each |
How to install the wall panel?

Our panel can be mounted directly onto a flat and stable wall. Drilled screws through the aluminum slot at regular interval of 2-3ft and screwed onto the wall using about 2.5"-3" #6 or larger pan head screw. For uneven wall, a wooden bracket may be needed. For multiple panels, mount the lower panel first. |
Who are our customers?
Our customers are mainly architects, interior designers, renovation contractors and furniture makers. However, end-users who have no renovation contractors can do self-installation or we can do the delivery and installation for an additional fee.
